My name is Julia and I'm a music teacher on the East Coast. During the Covid-19 pandemic I found myself experiencing a lot of stress and anxiety, as many of us did. I began working with clay to create earrings and I found it very calming. I created more earrings than I myself could wear so I decided to sell them on Instagram as Honeybee Handmades. 

 

What was a fun new adventure for me became a small business in a matter of months. I felt it was time to move from Instagram to my own personal website to share my creations with you. I created my website in 2020 and continued my business under that name until July 2022, when I officially changed by name to Clayfully Jules. This new name feels like a much better fit and representation of who I am and what I make. Of course, I will continue to use bees in many of my earrings and photos.
